The Woods of Westlake Hilltop is a newer section located in the back portion of the original Woods of Westlake subdivision.
This newer section is gated and sits on the hill above the Woods of Westlake (hence its name). This subdivision also enjoys access to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and the Hill of Life.  It is convenient to Mopac and Capital of Tx Hwy., Barton Creek Mall and the acclaimed Eanes Schools.
The homes in the Woods of Westlake Hilltop are much larger than the original section and range in size from 3000 – 5500 sq ft with some of the homes sitting on larger lots.  Price ranges are from $700K – $1M.  The homes were built
from the mid to late ’90s and many offer downtown and or greenbelt canyon views.

The Woods of Westlake Hilltop is located off Capital of Tx Hwy at Scottish Woods.  From Mopac head north on Capital of Tx Hwy. and turn left on to Scottish Woods Trail.  Turn left on Surrey Hill and you will see the gated entrance at the top of the hill.
