Meridian is a new home community just southwest of Circle C.  The builders include Wilshire, David Weekley, Standard Pacific, Newmark and Meritage Homes.  The neighborhood features a residents only community pool, playground and parks.  The Veloway, which is a 3.1 mile loop for skaters and cyclists, and the Lady Bird Wildflower center is a short drive from Meridian.  Don’t be fooled when driving out to the community and thinking there are not any services nearby.  It does feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere but there is plenty of shopping and restaurants in neighboring Circle C.
You will find resale and new single family homes in Meridian.  The homes sizes range from 1800 sq. ft – 5200 sq. ft. and price ranges are from $265K – $700K.

Meridian Location

Meridian is located at the southern most part of Mopac.
From downtown travel south on Mopac.  Turn right on 45.  U-turn at the intersection of 45 and 1826.  Entrance to Meridian will be on your right.
