Rollingwood

Rollingwood is a hot area just west of downtown in the Eanes School District. Rollingwood is its own city with its own city government, police and services. This area has seen many original homes extensively remodeled or torn down and a new McMansion rebuilt. Rollingwood has an active neighborhood association that plans community activities such as Easter Egg Hunt, Annual BBQ lunch, National Night Out and more.
These ranch style homes were built from the mid ’50s on. A lot of the homes have seen facelifts over the years and many are new builds with loads of square footage! Homes will range in size from 2000 sq. ft. to 8000 sq. ft. Price ranges in Rollingwood are from the high $500s – $3M.
