Russell Eppright Homes bought 11 lots that range in size from .31 acres to .73 acres.  This is one of the few opportunities for new home that close to downtown.  Some of the lots will even have city views. This subdivision is walking distance to the Barton Creek Greenbelt access point.  School children in this neighborhood will attend the Eanes School District.
The homes in Barclay Heights are custom built by Russell Eppright. The minimum square footage is 2750 for a one story home and 3250 for a two story. Current price ranges are from $995K – $1.49M.

Barclay Height at the Woods of Westlake is located off Capital of Tx Hwy and Scottish Woods.  From Bee Caves Rd. head south on Capital of Tx Hwy. and turn right on to Scottish Woods Trail. Turn right on Shannon Oaks Trail.  Turn Left on Barclay Dr and then turn right on Barclay Heights.
