Sendera is a community in southwest Austin that is great alternative for those buyers that may be considering Circle C but want a smaller price tag.  Sendera has great access to the major freeways and is about 15 minutes from downtown.  Sendera offers nice wide streets and has a community pool with a playground.  This neighborhood is super convenient to major shopping and restaurants.
Sendera was built by Milburn homes (now a part of DR Horton) in the late 90’s.  The home sizes range from around 1500 sq. ft. – 2600 sq. ft and have a number of one story homes to offer.  The price range in Sendera is from $170s – $290s.
